You will be responsible for purchasing entry tickets to the convention you choose to attend and making any travel arrangements for yourself if necessary. Price everything travel wise out ahead of submitting for a piece so you have an idea of the cost. I always suggest doing multiple days in case you or anyone attending with you wants to get tattooed by another available artist. Some will do walk up tattoos and some will have openings on other days. Because this is for a specific event and requires that I travel, this deposit is slightly higher and rescheduling is not permitted. Your deposit will be forfeit if you cannot make your appointment.
